研究领域
从事适配体筛选及应用方面的研究。通过cell-SELEX技术筛选到鼻咽癌靶向适配体Apt-2019和Apt-1194,利用Pulldown/质谱/WB/IF等技术发现适配体结合靶点/鼻咽癌治疗新靶点CNBP与MTDH蛋白,揭示其高表达机制。适配体在肿瘤中的特异性富集,适配体标记DNArobot可用于鼻咽癌手术荧光导航,适配体-5FU/gemcitabine偶联药物在临床前研究中显示出优异的靶向治疗效果,科研成果于香港科学园孵化ACE NanoMed公司。申请人以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文7篇,总影响因子49.64,其中单篇最高引用达195次,参与发表其他SCI论文14篇,副主编专著一本。授权美国专利1项(No 63/267,737),申请PCT专利一项(PCT/CN2023/075031),荣获第49届日内瓦国际发明展银奖(2024),荣获Open Science Excellent Author Program(Wiley)奖。
