 2024-2025年,University of Connecticut,CSC联合培养。

 2017-2020年,江苏大学,食品科学与工程专业,获得工学硕士学位。

 2013-2017年,安徽科技学院,食品质量与安全专业,获得工学学士学位。

 ■工作经历

 2025.7-至今,湖北师范大学生命科学学院任教

研究领域

主要从事食品物理加工与营养健康方向的研究工作。具体研究领域包括:

 ■食源性多糖的高效制备和构效关系。

 ■食品功能因子挖掘与营养。

 ■食品胶体功能与应用。
