研究领域
主要从事食品安全与营养方向的研究工作。具体研究领域包括:
■食品中危害因子(塑化剂、甲醛、微塑料等)的污染监测和风险评估。
■食品中危害因子肝毒性和神经毒性评价与分子机制研究。
■植物活性成分功效评价。
承担的课程
工程制图、食品工程原理、食品工艺学实验。

■食用野生植物保育与利用湖北省重点实验室开放基金重点项目,藜蒿基于5-HT/Wnt/β-catenin通路改善 壬基酚所致神经发育毒性的机制研究,主持。
