水生生物资源评估及恢复研究室简介

一、研究方向

团队现有工作人员4人,其中教授1人,本团队主要关注于生物多样性、各类水生生物在水域生态系统中的功能、水体污染和富营养化的生物监测及控制、受损生态系统的生态恢复、入侵种生态风险评价,以及在气候变化背景下水域生态系统的功能变化。

团队成员先后承担国家自然科学基金、科技部、湖北省自然科学基金等多个项目,团队已在Reviews in Aquaculture, Reviews in Fish Biology and Fisheries, Water Research, Science of the Total Environment, Forest Ecology and Management, Chemosphere, Environmental Science and Pollution Research等高水平杂志发表论文近40篇。获得专利2项。

二、团队成员

李今,博士,教授,硕士生导师。学科带头人,研究领域水污染控制及水生态修复。承担了国家重大科技专项、湖北省科技攻关重大项目、湖北省教育厅重点项目以及黄石市科技攻关项目等。获得湖北省技术发明奖(排名第1)、黄石市科学技术发明奖一等奖(排名第1)等奖励。https://bio.hbnu.edu.cn/2018/1012/c2778a59132/page.htm

张云,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。研究领域藻类生物多样与生态系统功能关系研究,重点关注环境变化对藻类群落构建,多样性与生态系统功能的关系的影响。主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目和中国博士后科学基金面上项目。

熊文,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。研究领域水生生物多样性保护及可持续利用,重点关注外来物种入侵、气候变化、人为干扰等因素对水生生物多样性的影响。主持国家科技部第二青藏高原综合科学考察项目,省部级重点实验室开放课题。

徐坤,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。湖北省科协青年科技人才。研究领域为气候变化对森林、草地、湖泊及城市生态系统功能、多样性和稳定性的影响。

三、研究内容

主要研究领域为水生生物多样性保护及其资源可持续化利用,受损水生态系统结构和功能的评估和修复,入侵种生态风险评价,以及在气候变化背景下水域生态系统的功能变化。重点研究以下几个方面:

1. 随着人类活动的加剧,水污染越来越严重,针对水污染控制及水生态修复方面开展了以下研究:

1)湖泊、水库、河流水污染控制与水生态修复;

2)企业废水、生活污水治理技术与工艺;

3)生态理论的科学普及、生态技术的推广。

2. 随着气候变化、环境污染、人类活动的加剧,水生生物面临多重环境压力而导致其多样性严重下降,针对水生生物多样性保护方面主要开展以下研究:

1)关注中国水生生物多样性分布格局形成原因及影响因素;

2)关注外来物种入侵、全球气候变化和人类干扰对水生生物多样性影响;

3)水生生物对于环境变化的适应及进化;

4)藻类群落在时间和空间上的群落构建机制;

5)环境变化对藻类多样性与水生态系统功能关系的影响。

3. 森林生态、全球变化对森林生长、死亡、动态的影响等方面的研究具体研究领域包括:

1)以北方森林为对象,研究全球变化对树木生长和碳汇储量变化的影响;

2)以北方森林为对象,研制全球变化对森林死亡和群落动态变化的影响机制;

3)以城市森林为对象,致力于提升无人机和遥感卫星数据在碳排放和碳中和模型的可用性。
